- I have a problem with hitting multiple reps with a short rest with
the heavier weights. Gotta practice on dropping the bar and immediately
getting set instead of resting for a couple seconds and then rushing to
get set.
I am also a tard and misread the programming. I did two reps on A instead of three

- Only had time for 3 sets
C) 3+10, 3, 2+4, 2+2, 1+4
- Shoulder muscular endurance really needs work. My arms feel ten
times heavier now and I look like a fool in my M size shirt right now.
