Worked up to 205. Attempted 225 and woooooof… It was heavy. Like, not normal 225 heavy.

So, after 5 days of doing absolutely nothing(but eating and dancing) I
gotta restart the engine again. Body feels great and so does the mental
side of things. Now, time to get after it!
