*each person swam one 100

5 rounds
10 burpees
10 m swim out and retrieve brick underwater and 10 m swim back
-Rounds were roughly 1 minute and change

2:30 pm

First ten rounds done with 140 lbs

Avg.-6.5-8.5 seconds

Last 5 rounds done with 180 lbs

Avg-Majority around 7.5. Last round was 6.9

Very please with how that went today!

Elbow is feeling much better as well!
