30 seconds of Ground to Overhead (185/135 lbs)
90 seconds of Rest
C.
Back Squat
* Set 1 – 3 reps @ 70%
* Set 2 – 3 reps @ 80%
* Set 3 – 2 reps @ 85%
* Set 4 – 1 rep @ 90%
Rest as needed between sets
D.
For time:
50 Double-Unders
5 Back Squats with 80% of 1-RM
40 Double-Unders

This should be fairly obvious, but take the squat from the rack, and make sure you get perfect depth on every rep.
